Refund & Cancellation Policy

Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool is a small, community-based educational program. Class sizes are limited, supplies are purchased in advance, and instructor schedules are reserved based on enrollment. For these reasons, the following refund and cancellation policies apply.

Classes & Clubs (Ongoing Programs)

All class and club registrations are non-refundable once the program has begun.
If a cancellation request is made before the first scheduled session, a refund may be issued minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Missed classes due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Classes are not prorated for late enrollment unless explicitly stated on the registration page.

Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, families will be offered a refund or credit.

Events, Workshops & Special Activities

Event registrations are non-refundable, as supplies, food, and staffing are planned in advance.
If an event is canceled by Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool, a full refund or credit will be issued.
No refunds are provided for no-shows.

Field Trips

Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool field trips are coordinated meet-ups, not paid events hosted or operated by Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool.

Field trips are free to join through Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool.
Families are individually responsible for:
- Venue admission or ticket costs
- Any required materials or fees charged by the venue
- Their own transportation to and from the location
Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool does not collect payment for field trip admission unless explicitly stated in advance.

Because Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool does not charge for field trips:

No refunds are issued for field trips.
Any refunds related to admission, tickets, or venue fees are subject solely to the venue’s refund policies, not Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool.

Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool’s role is limited to:

Scheduling and coordination
Providing date, time, and meeting details
Facilitating group communication

Participation in field trips is voluntary and families attend at their own discretion.

Transfers & Credits (At Our Discretion)

In rare circumstances, Charlotte Cornerstone Homeschool may offer a credit or transfer toward a future class or event. These are granted at the sole discretion of the program and are not guaranteed.
